  2. I am not really certain if this is the suitable natural diet regime for anyone, but DietOramy diet plan plan clearly helps my grandpa melt away all of that built up fat deposits. There's a bunch of free information on the Internet of it, simply use Google...

  4. I'm getting ready to start The South Beach Diet. I went on the Atkins Diet back in 2003 and lost over 10 pounds but i had to quit because it made me constipated...

  6. 1st off , your beautiful && 2ndly , your not "fat" . You shoudl really be happy and soa in the fact that you lost FIVE dress sizes. Girl if I lost 5 dress sizes Id be like the old beyonce ! lol But anywho, where the 5 dress sizes lost due to this diet?

  7. How much weight did you lose on this diet? I did this diet a looong time ago , I only lasted about 7 days ..after my 5th day I platowed . But i did lose 25 lbs in 5 days. BUt mind you , I am veryy big. Curvy but big lol IM thinking about starting again.

  12. Thanks for the update. I bought my "The South Beach Diet Supercharge" at Barnes and Noble. I take my Purple Tiger Pills first thing in the morning.   16. gosh if im starting this ihave to start phase one now before school starts baack up because i freakin love coffee. lol what about decafe? what is the book called? does the book have all of the things you are talking about? and thank this is SO helpful. and i do love your makeup!

  18. @Serubis Well that is goin to be for 2 weeks in Phase 1 wchi is the hardest part of the diet but you can still eat Lean cuts,Vegetables,All Kind of Seafood,legumes,Eggs,Dairy fat free or soy milk,nuts and fat free or low fat cheese.

  21. @jasiseife No, You can't eat carbs nor milk. Vegetables,lean meats and seafood are welcome but no fruits,dairy or sweet food for 2 weeks. I'm starting this diet and i hope to lose at least 30 LBS.

  24. I'm eager to grasp more information on diet plan programs - I have been employing a number of DietOramy meal plan program (found it on Google) for a number of time now and I am actually shedding fat and am excited relating to it!

  25. @Chrisgy143 Yeah.. the diet program is way better than a surgery... So I suggest you try first the diet program that my friend recommended me..Its WeightLossAction.Info.. I myself tried it and it really works marvellously..

  26. It's great to see a doctor promoting HIT workouts! Great stuff. I like this guys diet and his exercise methodology. It is the way to live. This guy nearly has it all figured out except he needs to not be so hard on saturated fats. Newest studies shows that saturated fats are very good and never have been the true problem with heart disease. Inflamation in the arteries seems to be the real cause.

    Eating in smaller portions is a diet. It's called a low calorie diet. Been around since before Atkins or South beach. The problem is that people gain it all back once they reach their target because they need to eat more to stop loosing and that is when the body starts to pack the fat on faster! The best weight loss plan is to make a life change to cut sugar from the diet and to exercise regularly and to not eat large meals but smaller ones more frequently. Simple.

  30. The best diet is "No diet" coz the word diet makes u crave 4 more food. Just eat everything in small portions, healthy and keep fit 24/7 get off the comp and get moving.we can't keep on any diet 4 ever no wonder people become yoyos.

  32. The South Beach Diet is very good, but there is some misinformation here. The Atkins Diet does allow fruit after induction and emphasizes intake of lots of non-starchy vegetables in ALL stages of the diet. Atkins is a very healthy diet when followed properly, and study after study has found this to be true.

  37. I love this diet. I lost so much weight on South Beach. I watched the pounds disappear with it. I didn't stay on Phase 3 for long, because my lifestyle changed. But I'm starting on phase 2 because I don't got much to lose, and adding excercise this time.

  39. If your doing the South Beach diet and your finding yourself hungry, add proteins. Nuts, multi grain breads and oatmeal along with soy milk will give your body what its asking for and you will feel full for very extended periods if time. This diet is very simple and it works.

  41. Atkins allows 20 grams of NET CARBS in the 1st 2 weeks. It is a misconception that Atkins is a high fat diet only. After Induction, you add 5 grams of carbs per week until you see where your weight loss stalls. That's how to determine how many carbs are for you.

  42. it doesnt emphasize on low carb, it emphasizes on good carbs from whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Not white processed breads and pasta, sugar etc. I think this is a good diet. Try reading the book, you will see.

  43. WHo ever said that this is just a different version of Atkins obviously hasnt done their research. Atkins says no carbs at all in the beginning. South Beach allows GOOD CARBS like salads and other veggies with low GI. I have lost 20 lbs by doing southbeach. IT WORKS!

  44. I don't think it is really hard. You are to eat complex carbs. Eat hearty proteins such as tuna. Multi grain breads are filling.

  45. I think the healthy carbs in South beach are emphasized as a 'necessary evil'- the carbs are still bad, but all the other things in whole grains, fruits and veges like nutrients and fiber are good for you (which is why you should still eat it-but in moderation-)

  46. You know how hard it is from eating carbs to no carbs, it's kind of like anorexia in the beginning. You feel full I'm mean it's not like that but your mind says I'M HUNGRY I NEED CARBS. It's hard as any diet is but you have to stick with it.
