For a creamier dessert, try sugar free pudding. These contain 60 calories and 2 grams of fat. A � cup of frozen yogurt has 110 calories and 3 grams of fat.



If you would like a salty treat go for some pretzels. You can eat 5 and stay at 114 calories and one gram of fat. Peanuts are a high protein treat and have 146 calories for 25, and 12 grams of fat.
